Learn how to cook "Biscuit cake with vanilla cream and chocolate icing". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla pudding
  • 1 can of 400 grams of condensed milk
  • biscuits (or graham crackers)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cold cooking cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

for ganasha:

  • 1 teaspoon cream
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate chips or chocolate
  • 1/2 cup chocolate drops for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Prepare the pudding by mixing the milk, vanilla pudding and condensed milk. Stir until thickened - for about 3-4 minutes.

Beat the cream, sugar and vanilla with a mixer until fluffy and add it to the vanilla pudding.

For the ganasha, heat the cream and pour it hot over the chocolate chips. Wait 2 minutes, then stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Arrange the cake, alternating biscuits and vanilla cream, finally pour the chocolate ganache. Sprinkle with chocolate drops and cool (if the ganache is warm, wait 5 minutes before adding the chocolate drops so that they do not melt).

Refrigerate for 4 hours, then serve.
