How To Cook Biscuit Cake With White Chocolate, Cream Cheese And Blackberries - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of biscuits
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon rum essence
  • 400 grams of liquid white chocolate
  • 125 grams of cream cheese
  • 80 grams of powdered sugar
  • 100 grams of fresh blackberries
  • 100 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 10 grams of gelatin powder

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the biscuits in a blender and grind them. Melt the butter and pour it into the crumbly mixture together with the essence. Mix and spread the dough on the bottom of a cake tin or pan.

Pour the cream into a bowl, beat it until fluffy cream and add the cream cheese, powdered sugar and chocolate. Beat again until smooth and set aside.

Dissolve the gelatin in cold water, heat for 1-2 minutes and pour the mixture into the chocolate cream. Stir and spread it on the biscuit base. Garnish with fresh fruit and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Cut, place the dessert in plates and serve.
