Required products :

180 grams of chocolate biscuits
50 grams of melted butter

For the glaze:

100 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 35%
100 grams of dark chocolate
150 grams of blackberries or other fruits for decoration

Method of preparation :

Grind the biscuits with a blender, add the melted butter and mix thoroughly. Distribute the combination in a suitable container, the bottom and walls of which you have covered with plastic wrap. Press the base to form walls of dough. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

During this time, make a glaze.
Pour the liquid cream into a small saucepan, bring to the boil. When this happens, add the chocolate without removing the pan from the heat. Stir until smooth. Then transfer to a bowl and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, apply the chocolate coating on the marshmallows and decorate the cake with fresh blackberries or other fruits of your choice.
