Required products :
1 tablespoon butter
1.5 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons sugar
0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons crushed almonds
2 tablespoons crushed chocolate
1 egg yolk
a pinch of salt
Method of preparation :
Melt the butter and add honey, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Stir, add the yolk and stir again.
Then it's time for the crushed almonds and chocolate.
Place the resulting cookie dough in a suitable bowl and place in the microwave for about 40 seconds.
It is important not to burn out. It's not scary, if you take it out earlier, you can always bake it.
