Required products :

for the base :

  • 24 chocolate biscuits, finely crushed
  • 1/4 tea cup melted butter

for the filling:

  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 32 large marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup green or white mint liqueur
  • 3 tablespoons white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons whipped cream
  • a few drops of green food coloring if desired

for garnish :

  • 2 tablespoons crushed biscuits
  • grated chocolate if desired

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix all the ingredients for the base. Pour the mixture evenly into a pie pan and press firmly on the bottom and sides. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.

Heat the milk and marshmallows while stirring constantly until melted. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until firm.

* If the mixture becomes too thick, place it over a pot of warm water and stir until slightly relaxed.

Gradually add the mint and white chocolate liqueur, stirring constantly.

Whip the cream with a mixer on low speed until it starts to thicken. Gradually increase the speed and beat until hard peaks form. Pour the mixture of marshmallows and food coloring and mix until smooth.

Distribute the filling evenly over the cooled base. Sprinkle with crushed biscuits and grated chocolate and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve.

Enjoy!
