How To Cook Biscuit Rocks With Apples, Raisins And Caramel - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Biscuit cakes with apples, raisins and caramel". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of tea biscuits
  • 225 grams of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 grated apple, drained
  • 20 grams of raisins
  • 20 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 10 grams of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon crystal sugar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the biscuits in a blender, grind and mix them with the butter and vanilla. Add the raisins, the apple and form a dough. Pour the powdered sugar and roll it several times.

Divide into pieces and form cones. Arrange on a tray and cool. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the butter and sugar. Cook caramel over low heat and stir until thickened.

Cool and garnish the biscuit desserts with the resulting sauce. Serve and enjoy the taste.
