Required products :

150 grams of shortbread cookies
100 milliliters of water
100 grams of sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
80 grams of coconut shavings
50 grams of walnuts
100 grams of butter
80 grams of powdered sugar

 

Preparation :
Grind the biscuits and walnuts in a blender.


Add the cocoa and stir.


Pour the water into a suitable container, pour the sugar and leave on the stove until completely melted, stirring.


Then gradually add the sugar syrup to the dry mixture, you may not need to use all of them. Add from it until you get a plastic but not wet dough.

 


Make a cream by beating the butter with the powdered sugar and then add the coconut shavings.

 

Beat again.


Place the dough on a board with plastic wrap, cover with foil and roll out (the thickness of the base should be about 5 millimeters).


Remove the top layer of foil, level the surface, form a rectangle and distribute the coconut cream evenly.


Using the foil, roll up a roll and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
