Baking a giant biscuit in a pan or pan saves time and leads to amazing results: a crunchy cookie on the outside and a soft cookie on the inside. Dipped in milk or coffee, it is even more pleasant. This easy dessert is sure to delight your family and friends, and especially children.

Required products :

  • 4 tablespoons soft butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 and 1/4 cups wholemeal flour
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (beehive salt)
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal + 2 tbsp
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate, bitter

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

Grease a pan or pan with coconut oil.

Beat the cow's and coconut oil and brown sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until well combined.

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, beating with a mixer on a slow speed. Follow the oatmeal and continue to beat until well combined.

Pour half of the mixture into the bottom of the pan or skillet and spread evenly. Spread peanut butter on top, sprinkle with half the chocolate and spread the other half of the mixture evenly on top.

Sprinkle with remaining chocolate and 2 tablespoons oatmeal.

Bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven. Then cover with foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool for 15 minutes, then cut the biscuit into 12 pieces and serve.

You can cover and store at room temperature for up to 2 days.
