Necessary products:

 

  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 100 grams of melted butter
  • 10 grams of vanilla powder
  • 100 grams of chocolate chips
  • 100 grams of caramel elbow candy

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the sugar and beat until smooth. Sift the flour into another bowl and add the vanilla and baking powder. Add the melted and cooled butter, the egg mixture, the chocolate chips and make a biscuit dough.

Divide it into equal sized balls and put a piece of caramel candy in the middle of each. Re-shape so that you cover the filling with dough.

Make all the balls in the same way and arrange them in a parchment-lined tray. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 to 30 minutes. Cool, arrange in the biscuit and serve.
