Necessary products:

 

  • 2 tea cups dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons soft butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams of sifted flour
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 100 grams of soft caramel candies
  • 5 grams of sea salt for sprinkling


Method of preparation:

 

Melt the chocolate chips and add the flour with the baking powder, milk, butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Stir the mixture and form balls from the resulting dough.

Squeeze each with the palms of your hands and place a caramel candy in the middle. Wrap it and make all the biscuits in the same way. Arrange the sweets in a parchment-lined tray.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Cool, arrange the cakes on a plate or biscuit and serve.
