How To Cook Biscuits With Chickpea Flour, Oatmeal And Banana - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons dietary oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 and 3/4 tea cups of chickpea flour
  • 1/4 tea cup oatmeal

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. In a bowl, mix the finely chopped banana with the butter and egg. Stir until the ingredients are mixed. In another bowl, place the flour and oatmeal.

Stir and combine the two mixtures. Make a dough and place it on a sheet of parchment. Using a rolling pin and flour, roll out and cut out shapes of your choice.

 

Line a pan with non-stick paper, arrange the sweets and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden. Cool, arrange in the biscuit and serve. Sweets are also suitable for pets, as they do not contain any sugar other than that contained in bananas.
