How To Cook Biscuits With Chocolate Chips And Candies - Recipe

Required products :

  • 450 grams of biscuit dough with chickpeas and chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tea cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter, soft
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup peanut chips (or white chocolate chips)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons colored sugar sticks
  • 1/2 tea cup chocolates for decoration

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Sprinkle grease on the bottom and sides of a square pan.

In a large bowl, mix the biscuit dough with the chickpeas and chocolate chips, cocoa, soft butter, water and eggs and stir with a wooden spoon until a soft dough forms. Add 1/2 cup of peanut chips (or white chocolate chips) and sugar sticks.

 

Using a metal spatula, spread the dough evenly in the pan and garnish on top with the chocolates. Bake for about 22 to 26 minutes, then cool.

 

If the peanut butter is not liquid enough, heat it for about 1 minute in the microwave, then put it in a bag and decorate the baked biscuit.

 

Set the biscuit tray aside for 1 hour, then cut it into small biscuits and serve.
