How To Cook Biscuits With Cinnamon, Vanilla And Almonds - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Biscuit bears with cinnamon, vanilla and almonds". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 135 grams of unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 50 grams of almonds
  • sugar figurines for decoration
  • icing or fondant for decoration

Method of preparation:

In a bowl, mix half the flour, sugar, salt, vanilla and add some chilled butter. Make a dough, wrap in cling film and let it rest. In the same way, knead another dough with the other products, but with cinnamon and cocoa.

From the white, divide and roll out parts, cut with bear shapes and remove part of the bellies with a small ring. Fill them with some of the brown dough. From it shape both the muzzles and the ears. Divide the light cuttings in two and make paws between which you put an almond nut.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, arrange the teddy bears in a parchment-lined pan and bake until golden. Cool and decorate to taste with sugar figurines, fondant or icing. Serve and enjoy.

Enjoy!
