How To Cook Black Bread Pie With Three Cheeses And Green Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 - 230 grams of black bread, cut into slices thick
  • 1 centimeter
  • 150 grams of fresh mozzarella
  • 100 grams of cheddar cheese
  • 50 grams of parmesan
  • 5 - 6 feathers green onions
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 grams of sour cream

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the bread and place in the oven to dry, then let cool.

Finely chop the mozzarella, grate the cheddar with a large grater, and use finely for the parmesan.

Mix the eggs with the cream, stir until smooth, add the chopped green onions.

Grease a suitable form with butter, arrange the pieces of dry bread, slightly overlapping them.

Spread the cheese on the base, starting with the mozzarella, then the parmesan and finishing with the cheddar. Pour everything evenly with the combination of eggs, cream and green onions. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, remove the coating and bake the pie in a preheated 180 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes until a golden crust forms.
