Required products :

  • 10 liters of water
  • 30-50 bunches of black elderflower
  • 1 kg of sugar
  • 3 lemons + juice from another
  • bottle of chilled sparkling wine / champagne


Method of preparation :

Cut the three lemons and the elderflowers, place them in a container that should not be metal, and fill the products with water.

Let stand for 24 hours, then strain the liquid and remove the lemons and flowers.

Add lemon juice and sugar to the aromatic water, stir until the sweet crystals dissolve and leave for another 24 hours.

Then distribute the drink in bottles and wait 3 weeks during which the wine will be carbonated.

If you do not have that much time, just pour the liquid into glasses, which you fill with a little champagne.
