Necessary products:

1 tsp black lentils

3-4 potatoes

1 carrot

1 pepper

1 onion

2 tablespoons tomato paste

oil

fresh parsley

salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Boil the lentils separately from the other products, without the need to pre-soak them. Just wash it and pour 1 tsp of it with 2 tsp water, let it boil for about 20 minutes on low heat (until ready). Grate carrots on a large grater, onions and peppers cut into cubes. Fry onions and carrots until soft. Then add the pepper and stew for 2-3 minutes. It's time for the tomato puree - add it too. Mix everything well and let it simmer until ready and until it turns red and has a characteristic tomato aroma. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, cook until done. When cooked, add the lentils and vegetables, bring to a boil.

The soup is served hot, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
