Required products :
200 grams of black lentils
1 pepper
2 medium onions
50 - 60 grams of dried tomatoes
2 carrots
3 - 4 cloves of garlic
2 - 3 tablespoons oil
salt, black and red pepper - to taste
Method of preparation :
Clean and wash the vegetables. Finely chop onions, carrots and peppers. Lightly fry the onion in the oil, then add the carrot. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes, if necessary, and mash the garlic. Add the tomatoes and peppers to the onions and carrots, pour 1/2 tea cup of hot water and simmer for about 3 minutes. Then pour the lentils, pour hot water and simmer until done. Five minutes before removing from the heat, add garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
