How To Cook Black Tea With Pomegranate Juice And Spices - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Black tea with pomegranate juice and spices". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

850 milliliters of water
50 grams of brown sugar
1 centimeter ginger root
2 cloves
2 sachets of black tea
120 milliliters of pomegranate juice
30 milliliters of lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise

 

Method of preparation :

In a small saucepan, mix the water with the sugar, add the anise, ginger, cinnamon and cloves. Place the pan on the hob and let the combination boil, stirring.

Boil for 2 minutes, remove from heat and strain. Put the two packets of black tea and let it brew for about 10 minutes.

Then take them out, pour the lemon juice and pomegranate juice, stir and warm the drink.

Serve the tea hot with a slice of lemon and a cinnamon stick.

Be fragrant and warm!
