Necessary products:

400 grams of black currants

1 tbsp gelatin

3/4 cup hot water

juice and peel of 1 lemon

sugar - to taste

Method of preparation:

Wash the blackcurrant, clean it and put it in a form. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 30 minutes and then heat it, stirring constantly, but do not allow to boil. Add the lemon juice and zest. Pour the fruit with warm gelatin and put in the refrigerator (but not in the chamber or in the freezer) for several hours.

Before serving, garnish with fresh fruit and mint leaves.
