Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 tea cup of ricotta (it is best to be full-fat, you can replace it with cottage cheese)
  • 1/3 teaspoon oil
  • 5 tablespoons whole milk (fresh)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon fresh blueberries

Method of preparation :

Prepare your muffin tin by lining the nests with paper.

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt well.

Beat the ricotta, oil, milk, eggs and vanilla with a mixer or kitchen wire. Mix the liquid products with the flour with a spatula.

Mix the blueberries in the dough and fill 3/4 of the molds.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Wait for the cakes to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
