Method of preparation:
Mix and beat the sugar with the yolks. Add the butter and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Sift the flour into a bowl mixed with the salt and baking powder.
Finely grind the oatmeal and add to the mixture. Stir and combine the two mixtures. In another bowl, pour the syrup and fresh blueberries. Spread a tray or cake tin with a sheet of parchment, pour half of the dough, garnish with blueberries and cover with the second.
Sprinkle with coconut shavings, preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake the cake until done. Cool, cut into pieces and serve.
