Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a round cake pan with butter.
In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup brown sugar with the white sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Pour the blueberries into a medium bowl and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of flour. If you use frozen fruit, sprinkle them before adding them to the cake batter.
In another bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the melted butter with the remaining 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, eggs, honey, yogurt and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry mixture and stir briefly with a wooden spoon.
Pour 1/3 of the dough into the prepared form and sprinkle with 1/3 of the cinnamon mixture and 1/3 of the blueberries. Repeat with the other products.
Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the cake.
Allow the cake to cool for about 20 minutes before removing it from the pan.
Carefully turn it over, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut and serve.
