Method of preparation:
Knead the dough from the products indicated for it, so that it does not stick to your hands. Cover with a towel and leave for 40 minutes. Then divide into balls and leave to rise for 10 minutes. Roll each of them slightly, twisting the ends to get a boat-like shape. Make the filling by mixing the mushrooms fried with onions, grated yellow cheese, chopped tomatoes and mayonnaise. Arrange the "boats" in an oiled pan, spread with beaten egg and put 2 teaspoons of the mixture in each. Wait 20 minutes and bake at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes.
