Learn how to cook "Boiled-baked whole potatoes with yellow cheese, butter and smoked bacon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 8 potatoes of medium and approximately the same size
  • 8 strips of raw-smoked bacon
  • about 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 50 grams of butter
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the washed whole and unpeeled potatoes until ready.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into two equal lengths. If desired, you can sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper or your favorite spices.

Put a thin piece of yellow cheese on 8 of the halves and close with the rest.

Then wrap each potato in a strip of bacon. If you choose, you can fix the appetizer with a toothpick.

Arrange in a deep pan and place a thin piece of butter on top of each potato. It is not necessary to grease the pan, as enough fat will be released during baking.

Place the pan in the oven for 20-30 minutes, the optimum temperature is 200 degrees.

Serve the finished dish with a salad of fresh vegetables.

Enjoy your meal!
