Learn how to cook "Salad of boiled cabbage with walnuts and garlic". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of fresh cabbage
1 teaspoon boiling water
1/2 teaspoon walnuts
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
dill and parsley to taste
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
ground black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Clean the cabbage from the top leaves, remove the cob and cut it into two parts. Boil until soft, then drain the liquid with a colander. Dry and cut thinly.
Crush the walnuts together with the garlic, add finely chopped parsley and / or dill to taste, spices, vinegar and mix everything thoroughly.
Pour the resulting dressing over the cabbage and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
