Required products :
5-6 medium carrots
1-2 cloves garlic
bunch parsley
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the carrots, put them in a saucepan and pour enough water to cover. Put the dish on the stove and let the vegetables cook for 15 minutes on medium heat. Punch with a fork, they should be slightly firm. Remove from the water and allow to cool. Then peel and cut into circles.
Put in a salad bowl, pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add finely chopped garlic and parsley, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and stir.
Let the salad stand for 20-30 minutes to mix the flavors and aromas well, after which you can serve.
