How To Cook Boiled Eggs Baked In Milk Sauce With Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

9 eggs
100 grams of yellow cheese
1 clove of garlic
1 small onion
80 grams of butter and a little more to spread
2 tablespoons flour
250 milliliters of milk
2 tablespoons sour cream a
pinch of nutmeg
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs hard (about 10 minutes). Then pour cold water to cool and peel them. Cut into two parts.

Peel an onion, slice it and mash it. Mix with the finely chopped garlic and fry them together until golden in half of the oil over low heat (about 10 minutes).

Add the flour, stir and gradually pour in the milk. Do not stop stirring until the mixture thickens.

Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, nutmeg and add sour cream. Remove the pan from the heat.

Grease a pan with oil and arrange the halves of the eggs in it with the cut part up. Spread them with the resulting sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and put pieces of butter.

Bake the dish in a preheated 170 degree oven until golden brown (about 10-12 minutes).

Serve warm.
