How To Cook Boiled Fresh Potatoes With Garlic, Oregano And Butter - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Boiled fresh potatoes with garlic, oregano and butter". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 kg of fresh potatoes

4 cloves garlic

60 grams of butter

oregano, salt and other spices to taste

parsley, green onions, dill - optional and to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the potatoes well (or peel) and cut into large pieces if necessary. If the potatoes are small, you can leave whole.

Boil them until ready in salted water, then drain the liquid and add the oil.

It remains to add the chopped green spices, oregano, salt to taste, garlic and close the jar with a lid.

Let stand for about 10 minutes and you can serve as a side dish or as a main course.
