How To Cook Boiled-fried Whole Potatoes With Rosemary And Honey - Recipe

Required products :

15 small potatoes (approximately the same size)
5 peppercorns
2 bay leaves
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 handful of sea salt a
pinch of ground black pepper
oil

Method of preparation :

Wash the potatoes thoroughly without peeling them. Boil them in salted water, in which you put the bay leaves and black peppercorns. Be careful not to boil the potatoes.

Then peel them and fry in hot oil on all sides until golden, add honey. A few minutes later, season with salt and ground black pepper, sprinkle with dried rosemary. If desired, you can add a pinch of chili to taste.
