How To Cook Boiled Potato Meatballs With Leeks And Soft Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Meatballs of boiled potatoes with leeks and soft cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of leeks
  • 200 grams of soft cheese
  • 300 grams of boiled potatoes
  • 200 grams of carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • spices
  • equal amounts of breadcrumbs and breading flour

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the leeks into small pieces, peel the carrots and grate them coarsely. Stew the two vegetables in a deep pan with a little olive oil.

When the porridge has cooled, add the grated boiled potatoes, soft cheese, chopped parsley, eggs (raw) and season.

Mix the products well and make meatballs from the minced meat, which you roll in a mixture of equal amounts of flour and breadcrumbs.

Fry until golden brown on both sides.
