Required products :

  • 10 - 15 small or medium potatoes
  • 1 - 2 roasted peppers
  • 1 - 2 carrots
  • 50 - 60 grams of butter (maybe 2 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil or other fat of your choice)
  • paprika
  • pepper
  • savory
  • left

Method of preparation :

Potatoes and carrots cook well, preferably steamed. If they are small, they are left whole, and if they are bigger, they are cut into small cubes. Melt the fat in a pan over low heat, add the potatoes and carrots together with the finely chopped roasted peppers. Add red and black pepper, savory and leave for about 10 minutes on very low heat until everything is absorbed. Finally, add salt to taste.

 

Ideal garnish for meat dishes. It can be consumed both hot and cold.
