Required products :
1 kg of potatoes
200 grams of cottage cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 cloves garlic
fresh parsley to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water until cooked and cut in half lengthwise. Arrange in a suitable plate and start making curd cream.
To do this, mix the cottage cheese with the cream in a bowl, add the finely chopped fresh parsley, add the crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and spread the aromatic mixture on the potatoes.
Garnish the appetizer with parsley leaves and serve.
