Required products :
- 8 teaspoons of water
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 900 grams of large shrimp with shells
- 2-3 lemons, sliced
For the garlic sauce :
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, lightly mashed
Method of preparation :
- Heat the water and salt in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring the water to a boil for 5 minutes and add the raw shrimp.
- Cover the pan with the lid and remove from the heat.
- Allow the shrimp to stand for 8 minutes in boiling water and pour them into a colander to drain.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove from the heat and add the garlic cloves. Leave them for 8 minutes and remove them from the oil.
- Serve the shrimp warm, garnished with lemon slices and oily garlic sauce.
