How To Cook Bolognese Pancakes With Béchamel Sauce And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

for pancakes

 

  • 350 grams of flour
  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 4 eggs
  • a pinch of salt and sugar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

 

for Bolognese sauce

 

  • 300 grams of tomato paste
  • a pinch of sugar
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 400 grams of minced meat
  • cumin to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • a pinch of crushed savory

 

for Béchamel sauce

 

  • 100 grams of flour
  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk
  • salt to your taste
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon skim milk
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese, finely chopped

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, beat the eggs mixed with the milk, salt and sugar. Sift the flour into the mixture and add the olive oil. Mix until homogeneous, heat a pan, pre-oiled, scoop out the dough with a ladle and form a pancake. Prepare the rest in the same way and arrange on a plate.

In another bowl, heat the tomato paste, add the sugar, salt and pepper. Add onions, carrots, minced meat, oregano and savory. Season with cumin and stir. After 15 minutes, remove from the heat and cool the sauce.

Heat the butter in a saucepan, fry the flour and dilute with the milk. Add salt and strained milk. Stir until the mixture thickens and cool. Take a pancake. In the middle of each, spread a tablespoon of meat sauce.

 

Wrap the edges like an envelope and arrange in a greased pan.

 

Prepare all the pancakes this way. Spread milk sauce on each and cover with chopped yellow cheese. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Cool, arrange the pancakes on a plate and serve.
