Necessary products:

  • 900 grams of tomatoes (with juice)
  • 350 grams of minced meat
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon dry white wine
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • left

Method of preparation:

Put the butter in a thick-bottomed saucepan, add the onion, carrot, celery and fry. Then add the minced meat, a little salt and mash with a wooden spoon. Wait until lightly browned (about 2 minutes), pour milk and bring the mixture to a boil. Allow the stove to simmer until the milk evaporates, then add the wine and wait for it to evaporate.
