Heat olive oil and fry the chopped onion in it for 1-2 minutes.
Then add the minced meat, grated carrot, garlic, season to taste. Mix everything well and fry for 6-8 minutes.
Add the tomato puree and oregano, stir, reduce the heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes. The sauce is ready, remove from heat.
Spread the dough on a plate sprinkled with flour, put the filling in the middle, leaving about 5-6 inches of free space on the side and cut the edges as shown in the photo below.
Then "wrap" the filling with the dough, you can form a braid.
Coat the surface with beaten egg and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Place the pie in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with fresh vegetables.
