Required products :
50 milliliters of bourbon
25 milliliters of lemon juice
1 egg white
20 milliliters of sugar syrup
lemon peel to taste
ice cubes
Method of preparation :
Mix the ice with the bourbon in a shaker, add the egg whites, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar syrup. Beat and then strain to separate the crushed ice.
Pour the cocktail into a suitable glass in which you have put whole ice cubes, decorate with lemon peel and serve.
