Necessary products:

600 grams of oatmeal

100 grams of butter

30 grams of yeast (sourdough, boza)

50 grams of wheat flour

500 grams of sugar

6-7 liters of water

Method of preparation:

Pour cold water over the oatmeal and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
