Boil the fish for 5-10 minutes in water, adding 1-2 cloves of garlic, nutmeg and lemon juice to the liquid.
Then clean the fillet from the bones and boil it in fresh milk over low heat.
When done, mash it until it becomes a puree, and then add the grated mozzarella. Bake until golden.
The dish is served with toasted slices, it is delicious both cold and hot.
The recipe is traditional French, there are options in which boiled potatoes are added to the fish.
