Learn how to cook "Bread casserole with minced meat and cream topping". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

100-200 grams of thick sour cream
100 grams of grated yellow cheese
200 grams of old rye bread
2 tablespoons oil
1 clove of garlic
1 onion or leek stalk
300 grams of minced meat a mixture of
salt, red and black pepper to taste
1 egg
1/2 bunch parsley

Method of preparation :

Fry the minced meat in a little oil until golden brown. If desired, you can add mushrooms.

Then add the finely chopped onion or leek, season with salt, ground red and black pepper.

Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic clove. Cut the bread into slices and fry on both sides in the aromatic fat. Remove them on paper to absorb excess oil.

Prepare the topping by whipping the cream with the egg.

Pour half of the grated yellow cheese into this mixture and stir.

Grease with oil a suitable shape and arrange slices in it to cover the bottom. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

Then distribute the minced meat evenly, and on it - part of the filling.

Bread and parsley follow again.

Pour and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes (until the yellow cheese coating becomes an appetizing cart).

Have a good time!
