Required products :

6 tea cups diced bread
2 tablespoons olive oil
250 grams of bacon or ham
1 onion
250 grams of fresh mushrooms
4 eggs
1 tea cup sour cream
200 grams of grated yellow
salt and ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the bread in it until golden.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion until soft. Then add the mushrooms and bacon or ham. Let cook for 8-10 minutes and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

In a large bowl, mix the eggs with the cream and grated yellow cheese, leaving some of the latter to sprinkle. Add the toasted bread pieces and the fried products to the resulting combination.
Mix everything thoroughly and transfer to a suitable baking dish, which you have previously greased with oil.

Sprinkle the surface with the reserved yellow cheese and place the pan in the oven. Let the dish cook for about 25-30 minutes.

You will get an incredibly delicious exquisite bread pudding.
