How To Cook Bread Casserole With Tomato Sauce, Onion And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Bread casserole with tomato sauce, onion and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 6 slices of bread
  • 1-2 onions
  • 500 milliliters of tomato sauce
  • 100-150 grams of yellow cheese (you can use Guada, Parmesan or other suitable cheese)
  • vegetable fat (preferably olive oil)
  • basil
  • oregano
  • pepper
  • other spices of your choice

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown (you can also add fresh garlic). Then pour the tomato sauce and season. Boil for 5 minutes.

Pour 1-2 ladles into a suitable small pan and distribute evenly on the bottom. Followed by a thick row of bread, pour sauce and sprinkle with half of the selected cheese / cheese. Repeat the arrangement.

Of course, you can do with a larger amount of products, but with two rows of bread is best, so increasing the doses, use a wider container.

Bake until golden brown (this takes about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees).

Enjoy your meal!
