Required products :

12 slices of bread (for sandwiches)
4 eggs
1 carrot
1 onion
1 red sweet pepper
100 grams mushrooms a
few cherry tomatoes
50 grams yellow cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream
salt and spices to taste
butter / oil to lubricate the form

Preparation :
Cut onions into semicircles, carrots - into thin straws, mushrooms - into tiles, peppers - into strips, and tomatoes cut in half.


Cut the crust from the slices of bread and "roll" them with a rolling pin.

 


Grease a suitable baking dish with fat of your choice and arrange the bread base for the casserole.


Mix the eggs with the cream, add salt and spices.


Add the prepared vegetables (excluding the tomatoes) to this combination and mix everything.


Pour the mixture over the bread and sprinkle with grated cheese.

 

 

Arrange the tomato halves on top, placing them with the cut side down.

 

Bake the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.


You can experiment with the filling using ham, bacon, smoked breast or other favorite products.
