Required products :

3 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1/2 - 1 teaspoon salt
6 - 6 1/2 teaspoons flour

Method of preparation :

In a deep bowl pour warm water (but not hot), add the yeast.

 

Then add the salt and about half of the pre-sifted flour.

 

Start stirring vigorously with an egg whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

 

The dough will become very soft and sticky. Cover it with a towel or close the container with a lid. Leave to stand for about 2 hours in a warm place.

 

It will rise and increase in volume.

 

In this form you can store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and bake each of them fresh bread.

 

It is important to use quality yeast.

Sprinkle the surface of the dough with a little flour and carefully tear off as much as you need. Place on the kitchen counter and add as much flour as it absorbs until you get a soft and uniform dough that doesn't stick to your hands.

 

That is all. All you have to do is give it the desired shape and place it on baking paper.

 

Make incisions on the surface with a sharp knife and leave the dough to rest for 40 minutes. Then place in a preheated oven and let the bread bake for about 35 minutes (until golden brown).
