Required products :

150 grams of old white bread
100 grams of chicken breast
1 onion
1 tablespoon butter
connection chopped fresh parsley
3-4 feathers green onion
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon fresh milk
1 tablespoon flour
salt and ground black pepper to taste
chicken broth

Method of preparation:

Cut the bread and chicken breasts into small cubes. Peel an onion and chop finely.
Heat the butter in a pan and first fry the onion in it, then pour the meat. When fried, transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.
Once cooled, add parsley, bread, green onions and flour. Beat the egg with the milk, season to taste and pour the combination over the bread mixture.
Knead the dough with your hands and let it stand for 30 minutes. Then, with wet hands, form balls, which you put in boiling water for 10 minutes. Put in a plate and pour hot chicken broth.
