Required products :

  • cooking spray
  • 200 grams of finished dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • sol
  • pepper
  • 4 peppers
  • 100 grams of pork
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Spray cake pan with cooking spray. Shape the dough into a wick and place it in the prepared pan. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool in the mold for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack until completely cooled.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cut the peppers into sticks and the onions into freckles, fry them in the fat and season with salt and pepper. When the onion is caramelized, transfer to a plate.

Return the pan to the hob and add the remaining olive oil. Cut the meat into pieces and fry them until they turn brown and acquire the desired readiness.

Turn the bread so that the decoration obtained from the mold remains on top. Cut it crosswise and arrange half of the yellow cheese on the bottom. Put the meat on top, then arrange the vegetables and the rest of the cheese on top.

Bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. When ready, cover the products with the other part of the bread so that it forms a cake and your dish looks like a big hamburger. Serve on a plate and cut into large pieces so that each is like a separate sandwich.

Have a good time!
