Necessary products:


half a cube fresh yeast
1 and 1/2 teaspoon warm water
3 and 1/2 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
100 grams chopped red and green peppers
50-100 grams diced ham
50 grams dried tomatoes
50 grams green onion a
handful of pitted black olives
1-2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon parmesan
2 teaspoons grated mozzarella
1 tablespoon olive oil
2-3 tablespoons tomato sauce

 

Method of preparation:


Wash the yeast in warm water, in a bowl pour the flour, salt, sugar, Parmesan and stir. Leave the mixture to rise, then add the chopped peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, ham, onions, finely chopped olives, garlic and olive oil.

 

Make a dough and let it double in volume again.

 

Roll out a loaf and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

 

Fold the edges, push them and put in a parchment-lined tray.

 

Preheat oven to 190-200 degrees and bake until done. Cool the bread, slice it and serve, garnished with tomato or other sauce.
