Learn how to cook "Bread pudding with blackcurrant jam and sour cream". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
8 slices of stale bread (you can also use cake, croissants, cakes or other suitable pasta)
50-70 grams butter
2-3 eggs
200 grams sour cream
70 grams blackcurrant jam or your choice
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons starch
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Method of preparation :
Drizzle half of the slices with marmalade, the rest - with butter. Arrange them in a column in a pan (before that spread it and sprinkle with flour), overlapping them slightly on top of each other.
Beat the eggs together with the sugar. Add sour cream, starch and vanilla sugar.
Pour this sauce over the bread and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
Towards the end of cooking, increase the temperature for a few minutes.
