Required products :
1 teaspoon anise
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cloves
200 grams raisins
2 teaspoons cinnamon
400 milliliters coconut milk
500 grams diced bread
300 grams butter
200 grams sugar
4 eggs
Method of preparation :
Pour half of the sugar into a suitable container, pour the water and place on the stove. Let it heat until the sweet crystals melt.
Distribute the resulting caramel evenly on the bottom of the form in which you will bake the pudding.
Add the spices to the bread cubes and pour over the coconut milk. Then add the butter, remaining sugar, eggs and raisins. Mix everything thoroughly and pour into the pan over the caramel layer.
Bake in a water bath in the oven at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
