Required products :

  • 1/2 liter of fresh milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 packet of dry fast-acting yeast
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 5 teaspoons flour


Method of preparation :

Heat the milk, beat the eggs in it, add the sugar, salt and oil. Stir, then gradually start pouring the flour, adding yeast and vanilla as well. You can adjust the amount of flour, the goal is to get a firm dough, which you put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. When cool, allow to stand for another 30 minutes at room temperature.

Roll out the dough, grate the halva and spread it on the prepared base. Roll up a roll, put it in a pan (greased or covered with parchment), wait 20 minutes and smear the surface with egg.

It only remains to bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
